Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
